Anger management

When kids are angry, they scream, cry, roll on the floor screaming, not have a meal but might eat lot of sugar. How can we, so called grown ups react?

I'm very very angry right now. So angry that not able to put the reason in words. What am i supposed to do? How can i react to it? Though tempted to follow all of the above mentioned that kids follow, Its just not possible to even  try one of those and vent out my anger. Keeping calm and trying to look at the good side of things are not working right now. What do you guys do to show your anger and get it over with? Please let me know. If its something that i can try and still feel like a grown up, would love it.   

Till i get suggestions from you guys or anyone, will be having lot of sugar which might work. Screaming, crying and rolling on the floor might not make me look sane at my work place.

  1. watch tom and jerry, if that's possible at your work place otherwise put down your papers, come back home and watch tom and jerry

  2. Try shopping...it helps...but in the first place, dont get angry...
    The match stick first burns itself before burning other things. Anger is also like the match stick, it destroys us first before destroying others...
    If you are angry on someone, I think you should talk to them and resolve things...:):):)

  3. hey whenever u get angry,immediately close ur eyes n try to recall d best moments of ur life..this will help u cool down n u will cherish old memories as well..so ghussa gayab !!!

  4. I know it's been 4 days since this post, asking this question is a little late I guess. But that day when I was reading this post I was wondering is it a person or a situation you were angry with? Anyways, I totally agree with you on one thing, eating sugar really helps...I used to eat and still eat a lot of sugar whether I'm angry or not angry :-)

    1. Amit.. i was angry with a friend.. but after a day i spoke about it and got it all sorted.. :-) yes.. sugar works.. :-)
